Frequently Asked Questions

I am trying to locate all the people using certain rooms. The Event Listing service [FMS on the Web] will show me that the rooms are reserved, but not who reserved them. The listing also does not include classes that are assigned to the rooms.

FMS on the Web will be taken down on May 15th, 2005. The Facilities Management System, that is the current scheduling system, will be replaced with Resource25.

We currently do not have a web-based application to display who has reserved a room or what course may be scheduled. If you would like to find out more information on the options available, you may want to contact Information Management. Information Management is in the process of bringing up and maintaining Resource25.

If you are in need of information immediately, you may want to contact the University Reservations Office in the Cone University Center regarding non-course related events or the Registrar's Office for rooms scheduled for courses.

I am looking at making some improvements to the department’s website and was wondering if UNCC supports ColdFusion webpages.

We support Coldfusion MX as well as ASP on separate Windows 2003 Servers. Both have access to SQL 2000

As for Dreamweaver... Receiving and Stores handles all purchasing of the product and the license is 1 per user. I believe if you just buy the license... Desktop support of ITS can just add it to your Novell launcher.. Making install easy.

The search is designed to find any and all search words in the Name field of our source information. Since that source has only one field called Name the data in that field can not be sorted by First or Last name. So the search does a multi search sorting the results by first name.
